A Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is designed to remediate an identified environmental hazard on a property. The scope of work is tailored to the conditions at the subject property and the client’s requirements.

For a Phase III Environmental Site Assessment, AquaTerra provides written detailed specifications for the scope of work, and proceeds in strict compliance with applicable federal, state and local law and agency regulations to resolve or mitigate the environmental hazard to a level acceptable to the client. After completion of the project, AquaTerra provides certification that all work meets applicable government requirements for remediation and hazardous waste management.
