Remediation Services
A Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is designed to remediate an identified
environmental hazard on a property. The scope of work is tailored to the conditions at the subject property and the client’s requirements.
AquaTerra is a multi-service project manager for environmental remediation projects. We have the ability, with sub-contractors, to provide services in the following areas:
- Contaminated Soil Bio-Remediation, Excavation, and Disposal
- Groundwater Remediation
- Asbestos Management and Abatement
- Underground Storage Tank Removal and Replacement
- Latent Fungal (Mode) Removal
- Agency Negotiation for Project Scope Design and Definition of Cleanup Standards
- Emergency Response Notification (ERNS) and Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP)
- PCB Decontamination and Agency Certification
- Lead Management
For a Phase III Environmental Site Assessment, AquaTerra provides written
detailed specifications for the scope of work, and proceeds in strict compliance with applicable federal, state and local law and agency regulations to resolve or
mitigate the environmental hazard to a level acceptable to the client. After completion of the project, AquaTerra provides certification that all work meets
applicable government requirements for remediation and hazardous waste management.
AquaTerra coordinates and manages the remediation process for each project, including:
- Comprehensive written project planning/scheduling/specifications to document work approaches and procedures
- Corrective action to resolve project complications
- Controls necessary for completion within a specified budget and time frame
- Coordination and communication with all project management team members and governmental officials
