HUD Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments & Architectural Analysis and Inspections

Our inspections meet the HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guide for 3rd–party Technical Guidelines and ASTM Designation E 1527-00, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments. Additionally the reports meet the Physical Needs Assessments requirements of ASTM Designation E 2018-99, Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.

The reports include Immediate Repairs (critical and non-critical), Reserve Cost Estimates (Years 1-10, 11-20, and 21-37), Estimated Replacement Cost (HUD Form 92264), Insurance Schedule (HUD Form 92329), and other attachments as required by the various HUD loan programs.
