FNMA (Fannie Mae) Reports

AquaTerra conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Physical Needs Assessments as required by Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association or FNMA).

Fannie Mae environmental assessments are designed to comply with Part X- Environmental Hazard Management Procedures and Sections 309-310 of the Fannie Mae Guide. The Physical Needs Assessment conforms to the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) guide and Part III, Section 309 and 310.
